11.13—Emergency Action Notification (EAN) and Emergency Action Termination (EAT).
(a)
The Emergency Action Notification (EAN) is the notice to all EAS Participants and to the general public that the EAS has been activated for a national emergency.
(b)
The Emergency Action Termination (EAT) is the notice to all EAS Participants and to the general public that the EAN has terminated.
