1219.2—Policy.
Certificates of satisfactory service for the purpose of this order shall be issued only to persons who have completed at least one full year of service as a full-time Volunteer under part A of title I of the Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973 (or title VIII of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 2991-299 4d), and who have not been terminated for cause.
