(a) Revisions to the following regulations submitted on March 30, 1979 are disapproved:

(1) Regulation 310 CMR 7.02(8), Table 2, new facilities greater than 250 million Btu/hr input burning solid fuel.

(2) Regulation 310 CMR 7.02(9), Table 5.
