In order to serve as an arbitrator to a Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panel, a person must, at a minimum, have the following qualifications:
(a)
Admitted to the practice of law in any state, territory, trust territory, or possession of the United States.
(b)
Ten or more years of legal practice.
(c)
Experience in conducting arbitration proceedings and facilitating the resolution and settlement of disputes.
