(a) Location.

The following area is a security zone: The water area adjacent to Naval Air Station North Island, Coronado, California, and within 100 yards (91 meters) of Bravo Pier, and vessels moored thereto, bounded by the following points (when no vessel is moored at the pier):
(i)
Latitude 32°41′53.0″ N, Longitude 117°13′33.6″ W;
(ii)
Latitude 32°41′53.0″ N, Longitude 117°13′40.6″ W;
(iii)
Latitude 32°41′34.0″ N, Longitude 117°13′40.6″ W;
(iv)
Latitude 32°41′34.0″ N, Longitude 117°13′34.1″ W.

Because the area of this security zone is measured from the pier and from vessels moored thereto, the actual area of this security zone will be larger when a vessel is moored at Bravo Pier.
(b) Regulations.
In accordance with the general regulations in § 165.33 of this part, entry into the area of this zone is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port or the Commanding Officer, Naval Air Station North Island. Section 165.33 also contains other general requirements.
