85.1—Purpose.
(a)
This part establishes a health promotion policy within the Department of Defense to improve and maintain military readiness and the quality of life of DoD personnel and other beneficiaries.
(b)
This part replaces 32 CFR part 203 and establishes policy on smoking in DoD occupied buildings and facilities.
