29.331—General principle.
To determine whether service is creditable for
the computation of Federal Benefit Payments under
this subpart, the controlling factor is whether
all requirements for the service to be creditable
under the Police and Firefighters Plan or the
Teachers Plan were satisfied as of June 30,
1997.
