(a)
Enactment of the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Act by December 1973.
(b)
Promulgation of occupational safety and health standards as effective and comprehensive as those set forth in chapter XVII of this title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations by June 1975.
(c)
Completion of the Michigan Compliance Manual within one year after passage of the state legislation.
(e)
Promulgation of 29 CFR part 1904 as a State regulation, including any amendments to part 1904, within one (1) year following passage of the proposed legislation.
(f)
Development of a new coordination agreement between the Michigan Departments of Labor and Public Health within three months following the passage of the proposed state legislation.
(g)
Implementation of the state's public employee program within one year following passage of the proposed legislation.
(h)
Within three years of plan approval all developmental steps will be fully implemented.
