Effective Date Note: At 76 FR 24698, May 2, 2011, subpart F was revised, effective Aug. 1, 2011. For the convenience of the user, the added and revised text is set forth as follows: Subpart F—General Working Conditions § 1915.90 Safety color code for marking physical hazards. The requirements applicable to shipyard employment under this section are identical to the requirements set forth at 29 CFR 1910.144 of this chapter.
