411.605—What are the responsibilities of the EN that is not a State VR agency regarding the dispute resolution process?
The EN must:
(a)
Have grievance procedures that a beneficiary can use to seek a resolution to a dispute under the Ticket to Work program;
(b)
Give each beneficiary seeking services a copy of its internal grievance procedures;
(c)
Inform each beneficiary seeking services of the right to refer a dispute first to the PM for review, and then to us for a decision; and
(d)
Inform each beneficiary of the availability of assistance from the State P&A system.
