This subpart prescribes—
(a)
Qualifications and duty time limitations for aircraft dispatchers for certificate holders conducting domestic flag operations; and
(b)
Duty period limitations and rest requirements for flight attendants used by certificate holders conducting domestic, flag, or supplemental operations.
