1045.8—Procedural exemptions.
(a)
Exemptions to the procedural provisions of this part may be granted by the Director of Classification.
(b)
A request for an exemption shall be made in writing to the Director of Classification and shall provide all relevant facts, justification, and a proposed alternate procedure.
